Callebaut mix for preparation of white chocolate mousse 800gr
1.Add 1L full cream milk per 800gram powder
2.Mix at high speed
3.Pipe the mousse in cups or shells
4.Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve.
Tip : When prepared and piped in cups,chocolademousse can be deep frozen too.
