Description : CONCENTRATED HERBS SUSPENDED IN OIL

• Basil Paste, used mostly in Italian and "Provencale" style dishes, is ideal for creating tomato-based soups and sauces, seafood salads or stir-fried chicken. It is also a key ingredient for Pesto sauce. Can also be added to Mayonnaise or creme fraiche to create a flavoursome dip. Also to add flavour to dressings.
• Perfect for marinating, stir frying, roasting and finishing soups.
• Highly concentrated - 2 tablespoons of paste is comparable to 5 tablespoons of fresh herbs.
