1. These conditions apply to all orders. Every order implies the explicit acceptance of these sales conditions.
  2. The goods are sent at both the cost and the risk of the customer to the delivery address given by the customer.
  3. If it is impossible to deliver the product, the agreement is dissolved by operation of law. The seller is obliged to notify the customer in writing before the delivery period has ended. In the case of partial delivery, each delivery will be considered a separate sale.
  4. The prices are valid at the time of publication. After this they are subject to change. The shipping costs are not included in the prices given.
  5. Given the perishable nature of our products and the current hygiene requirements, the buyer explicitly waives the right to decide against buying the product. For this reason goods cannot be sent back.
  6. Complaints or disputes should be made known within 7 days of delivery in writing and sent by registered post under penalty of cancellation. If the complaint is found to be grounded, our liability is limited to the replacement of the goods. Any liability on the part of the seller limits itself to the actual amount paid for the order.
  7. In the event of overdue payments, interest shall be added to the outstanding amounts on the invoice by order of law and without prior notice of default at a rate of 1% per months as of the invoice date. In case of non-payment and if a demand by ordinary post is not responded to within 14 days, fixed compensation to the value of 10% of the outstanding amount with a minimum of 50 € and a maximum of 2,000 € will be due.
  8. The seller remains owner of all goods until full payment has been made.
  9. The seller is not liable for the advice he gives, printing errors on the website or technical data given by the producer or delivery company.
  10. Belgian Law applies to these conditions of sale and any disputes will be referred to the competent district court of Bruges.
  11. The site  is managed by Horecaservice Nevejan.
  12. All prices on the shop are Belgian VAT included.
  13. Horecaservice Nevejan is not to be held responsable for any form of Customs fees or taxes that may be applied after the shipment.
  14. Horecaservice Nevejan does its utmost to ensure that prices are accurate, but can not guarantee that absolutely no errors have slipped into the prices. In the event that an error occurs in the price of a product, Horecaservice Nevejan will allow the customer to accept the new price or cancel the order. If Horecaservice Nevejan is unable to contact the customer, within 30 days, the order will automatically be canceled.
  15. Orders are shipped between Monday and Friday, excluding legal holidays. Horecaservice Nevejan is not responsible for unpredictable delays. The products are delivered up to 30 days after the order was placed, except in case of force majeure.
  16. In the event that, due to a sudden and temporary unavailability, the goods can not be delivered, Horecaservice Nevejan will inform the client within 30 days by e-mail notice.
  17. Horecaservice Nevejan cannot ensure that there are no errors on the shop. The shop may contain  typographical errors, mistakes or inaccuracies relating to price, availability or details of an article.
  18. Horecaservice Nevejan reserves the right to rectify errors or inaccuracies, even after an order was placed. Horecaservice Nevejan therefore reserves the right to rectify errors or inaccuracies in the shop without any prior communication.
  19. Nevejan does not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years. With your order you acknowledge that you are responsible for your purchase and are over 18 years.
