Verstegen Persian Blue salt 500gr 1LP
Persian Blue Salt is harvested from just one single mine in the world, situated in Iran. These coarse salt crystals have a very distinctive, strong flavour and an unexpected, slightly sweet aftertaste. Suitable for seasoning all kinds of dishes, but especially delicious with poached fish, white meat, vinaigrettes and dressings, or to decorate salads and vegetable dishes.
Featuring our new professional grinder tops, these larger jars offer convenience and ease of use. Simply take off the protective cap and grind directly on to, or in to, all your favourite dishes. Please note that the grinding mechanism is manufactured from plastic and is not designed to last indefinitely.
