Callebaut mix for milk chocolate mousse 800grProcessing :
1.Add 1L full cream milk per 800gram powder
2.Mix at high speed
3.Pipe the mousse in cups or shells
4.Cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve.
Tip : When prepared and piped in cups,chocolademousse can be deep frozen too.
