LOCATION : The estate is located in the heart of the Médoc region of Bordeaux, in the Haut Médoc Appellation. It is ideally placed between the Margaux and St-Julien appellations.

SIZE: 12,70 hectares (32 acres)

SOIL : 75% of the vineyard is on a terroir of the famous “Grave Garonnaise” and 25% of the vineyard presents a Clay on Limestone terroir, both yielding beautiful grapes every year.

VARIETALS : Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc, Merlot

VINEYARD : Everything is done to balance the vine naturally with our terroir. The vineyard has an average age of 35 years.

WINEMAKERS: Frans et Elizabeth Roskam are both the Enologists and Winemakers of the estate. They also work with the consultant and renowned Enologist, Jacques Boissenot (Consulting Enologist of Châteaux Lafite, Latour, Margaux, Mouton, Léoville Las Cases…)

An elegant wine full of fruit and earthy aromas, with soft tannins and a bright, fruity finish. Chateau La Lauzette is great for a nice dinner with your friends and family. Young, open 1 hour before enjoying and the wine will reveal its rich and complex aromas. Try it with a grilled steak, roast chicken, pork and vegetarian dishes; it pairs perfectly with both classic and modern cuisines.

Blend: 60% Cabernet sauvignon and 40% Merlot
