Vineyard : 4,5 ha surrounding a windmill from 1711
Terroir : clay and limestone
Classic blend : 75% merlot and 25% cabernets ( franc and sauvignon )
Vinification & aging : 16-18 months
Production : app. 2,500 cases (30,000 bottles)
Tasting : This wine derives its personality from its clay and limestone terroir and an abundance of sun. It has a pretty ruby color. The nose reveals nice aromas of fruits and spices. The mouth is round and juicy. The finale is expressive. A traditional and generous Lussac Saint-Emilion.
