Iber Cook Scampi Fritti Battered Schrimps 1kg Frozen

Battered peeled schrimps quick frozen

Preparation :

Deep-fry from frozen in hot oil (180°C) for 3-3,5 min.

Preheat oven to 210°C. Cook from frozen for 10-12 min

FRYING PAN: Without defrosting, fry in hot oli (180ºC). Once in the oil, turn around to create a crispy coating and continue frying until golden brown (3 to 4 minutes). Suggestion: cook small amounts in order to keep oli temperature.
