Situated in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation and in Côte Calonnaise, the Estate stretches over 48 hectares.

Vinification & Maturing : The grapes are hand harvested and totally destemmed. Vatting lasts 20 days in temperature controlled vats. The cap is punched down twice a day during the alcoholic fermentation. The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100%. The wine is then matured in oak barrels (20% new oak) during 15 months, then bottled in traditional Burgundy bottles.
Tasting Notes :
Visual : Deep and intense ruby red with purplish tints.
Nose : Toasty with aromas of torrefaction and tobacco.
Palate : Warm and fruity with flavors of raspberry. The finish is opulent with fine tannins.

Enjoy ideally at 12-13°C

Ageing potential : Already delicious, this wine can age 5 to 8 years.
