Situated in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation, the Estate streches over 48 hectares. Trellised uniquely in lyre formation, the Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune wines represent over half of the Estate.

Vinification & Maturing : The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. The alcoholic fermentation in carried out partially in stainless steel vats (70%) and partially in oak barrels (30%) during 15 months. The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100%. The wine is matured on the lees in 100 % oak barrels, then bottled in traditional Burgundy bottles.
Tasting notes :
Visual : Beautiful green-gold color with silvery tint, clear and shiny.
Nose : Delicate and fine with aromas of fresh almond and hazelnut with lemony notes.
Palate : Fruity with savors of honey and grill evolving to mentholed notes.
