A carefully balanced blend of single pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys aged in lightly charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels
Tasting Notes :
Aroma: Nectarines, ripe melon, green apple, apricot; pot still spices like ginger and crushed peppercorns; dried flowers, golden syrup, vanilla, honeycomb, roasted coffee beans .
Palate: Succulent fruit, creamy texture, herbal chamomile qualities; charred oak layers add complexity, with candied orange and dried apricot notes mingling with pot still spices
Finish: Builds with fruit and spice before giving way to oak tannins and vintage grain whiskey
