Old Pulteney 12 Years Old 70cl 40% Highlands Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Tasting Notes: Rich malt, caramel and baked orchard fruit notes are supported by hints of sea salt, nutmeg, toffee, brown butter, and nutmeg. Rich and unctuous on the palate with a chewy malt driven core. wonderfully balanced whilst generously proportioned with great length. A real winter warmer.

Nose : Vanilla, orange, citrus, almond, creamy, malty. Palate: Woody, peppery, smoky, creamy, vanilla, butterscotch, caramel, hint of toffee, orange peel, dried fruit, cinnamon, apples, fruity, almond cedar, sweet, spicy, salty, floral, mossy, tannic, smooth, delicious. Light bodied. Mild heat.

Finish : Even with leather, toffee, notes of citrus and some spice.
