The Bouchees are manufactured according to the French method : the pastry is regular and ensures a crisp light texture .
Dimensions : 7 cm x H 4.5 cm
Applications : they can be eaten warm after 8 to 10 minutes in an oven at 170 °C
Bouchees can be garnished before or after cooking , depending on the type of application
Tricks : Before filling , carefully cut the lid with a sharp knife. You can enlarge the filling space by gently hollowing the inside of the bouchee with a spoon .
