Sake Maison Hiraizumi Hiten Shirogane 72cl 15%
Hiraizumi Brewery's Hiten Shirogane is a very fine sake with a fruity and delicate aroma. It is an ideal sake to accompany a whole meal and especially fish and seafood. Founded in 1487 in Akita Prefecture, Hiraizumi is the oldest brewery in northern Japan and the third oldest in the country. It is now in its 27th generation and brews sake mainly in the older yamahai method.
