Delivery time

If all ordered items are in stock, we will send your package to your delivery address within max. 2 working days.
* delivery within Belgium: + 1 working day after shipment
* delivery outside Belgium but within the EU: + 3 working days after shipment

If one or more items are not in stock, we immediately place an order through our suppliers.
As soon as your order is 100% complete, we will send your package.

Additional delivery is only possible if shipping costs are again charged.

Shipping costs

After you have created a login as a private individual or professional, place your item (s) in the shopping cart.
The shipping costs are then automatically displayed on the basis of your ordered items, weight and your chosen delivery address.
You can then choose whether or not to validate your order.
If the shipping costs are not shown, ask for additional information at webshop@nevejan.be

Free shipping if:

• shipping within Belgium: when the total order amount without the shippingcost is more than € 250 (excl. VAT) AND the weight does not exceed 30kg.
• shipping to the Netherlands: when the total order amount without the shippingcost is more than € 280 (excl. VAT) AND the weight does not exceed 30 kg.

Delivery options

• shipping in Belgium with Bpost delivered in a Bpost collection point: package under 60 kg in a box.
• shipping within the EU with Bpost delivered to your chosen delivery address: package under 60 kg in a box.
• shipping within the EU with TNT to your delivery address: package above 60 kg on a pallet.
• pick up in our shop: Horecaservice Nevejan - Hostede 2 - 8690 Alveringem, Belgium.

Frozen transport

Delivery of frozen products is limited to the following Belgian postal codes.
This is because we carry out these deliveries with our own trucks equipped with a cold store.
So you can perfectly order regular and frozen products at the same time.
Your normal products (such as wine) are NOT placed in the cold store.
