VARIETALS : 100% Chardonnay.

VINIFICATION : Temperature-controlled vinification in order to preserve the varietal aromas.

ORGANOLEPTIC ANALYSIS

Visual : A limpid, brilliant pale yellow colour.

Nose : Intense with a hint of citrus, then complex with notes of honey and fresh fruit.

Palate : Fleshy and fresh, it boasts an impressively fruity, long-lasting finish.
