Ready to use format so can be used to add flavour at the end of the cooking process and in cold dish applications Fresh and natural taste everyday allows you to use instead of fresh to save on labour and wastage costs Natural preservation with salt and vinegar means there is no need to add these additional seasonings. Single strength, single dosage means the range is easy to use and ensures seasoning consistency in your dishes Water based (not oil), allows for increased applications – marinades (doesn’t burn), sweet applications
Preparation : Add 1/2 teaspoon (5g) to 100ml of soup, sauce or vinaigrette to get a distinct flavour direction. For best results add when there is some liquid present - hot or cold - and stir or whisk thoroughly. Professional purees can be added late in the cooking process, just before serving or to cold dishes, unlike dry herbs and spices which need time to rehydrate and soften. The puree contains high quality herbs and spices and water so for best results do not add directly to hot oil.
Storage : Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep closed jar refrigerated for best results and use within 3 months.
