Jazzfanaat Thierry 'Mingus' Faravel bezit een aparte wijngaard.Hoog verscholen tussen de Dentelles de Montmirail verschilt deze wijngaard in zowat alles met bv de Garrigues wijngaardenn die de rest van de Gigondas typeert.

Druivessorten : 60% Grenache 20% Mourvedre 20% Syrah

Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar : Deep violet. Intensly spicy and floral nose offers a powerful bouquet of kirsch, violet and rose, with notes of espresso and high-octane chocolate. Thick and weighty (16,8 % alcohol!) yet remarkably fresh and lively. The flavours of dark blackberry, cassis, plum jam and raosted coffee are energized by fresh acids. Suave and silky on the endless, sweet finish. 91-93 points.
