It's all about obtaining the best possible flavour from the basic ingredient. It is therefore essential that ingredients can be used in both hot and cold dishes and combined with bread, pasta, salad, fish, meat or chicken.
To achieve a distinctive flavour and ease of use, we have taken a number of key ingredients from Mediterranean cuisine and marinated these with herbs and garlic. A taste sensation when enjoyed with bread and a glass of wine. The products also lend a distinctive flavour when used as a garnish for salads and pasta dishes. Delicious, tender semi-dried tomato pieces in high-quality herb oil. The tomatoes are grown in Turkey, very briefly dried in the full heat of the Turkish sun, and then marinated in high-quality herb oil. Basil, oregano and garlic are added to produce a typical Mediterranean flavour.
The result is a ready-to-use product that is perfect for both cold dishes (with bread, salad or cold pasta dishes) and hot dishes (with freshly cooked pasta or as an addition to tomato sauces).
The semi-dried tomato pieces remain whole during the cooking process, which produces an attractive visual effect.
